Step 1: Consultation

Step 2: Document gathering

If you decide to proceed, we manage and coordinate your visa preparation. You’ll receive a clear, easy-to-follow checklist of the documents we need, and we may ask you to complete a short questionnaire. We take care of everything else.

Step 3: Application submission

Your application is prepared by our registered migration agents, who know the relevant visa legislation and requirements. That means peace of mind that your application has been properly lodged and has the best chance of success.

Step 4: Visa is granted

Once we hear from the Department of Home Affairs, we’ll confirm the outcome with you. If the department needs further information before deciding, we liaise with the case officers on your behalf.
