Skilled Nominated Visa subclass 190 — NSW update

For the 2020-21 financial year, NSW advised that invitation rounds would commence shortly for the Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190), and that only applicants with occupations in health, ICT and engineering who were residing in NSW would be invited.
Eligibility criteria at the time
- Age: you had to be under 45.
- Points: a minimum score of 65 points was required to be invited to apply for NSW nomination.
- English: Competent English was required at the time of invitation.
- Occupation: a valid skills assessment was required in an occupation exactly matching the one in your SkillSelect expression of interest.
- Commitment: you had to commit to living and working in NSW for at least the first two years of the subclass 190 visa.
A new SkillSelect EOI was not required if your existing EOI was still valid.
